Conference information
Online registration is encouraged
Once registered, save confirmation for use during immigration process on arrival
Participants are encouraged to complete registration no later than Monday 14th September 2026
Onsite registration will be available
Badges will be generated upon completion of registration
Badges will be collected from the registration desk at the
venue. For identification and security purposes participants are
required to wear their badges at all times

Many nationalities require an entry visa, while some countries qualify for visa on arrival or visa free entry.
Please check the official Zambia Department of Immigration portal for the most updated list of the key visa requirements for your country before traveling.
Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Zambia
The passport booklet must also contain at least two (2) blank pages before entry into Zambia

Airport Transfers and Personal Transportation
Transportation
Transfers between the airport and hotel can be arranged with your selected hotel or airport shuttles
Ensure that your flight details are shared with your selected hotel in advance to facilitate these arrangements
Transport will be provide for delegates from designed pick up and drop points in the morning and evening on conference days.
Participants are advised to arrange and cover the cost of any personal transportation needs via their respective hotels directly
Transport services - The ride hailing market is dominated by Yango which is widely available in Lusaka and may be used at the par-
ticipant’s discretion. It can be downloaded on Google playstore.
